The Position The Global Marketing Lead will primarily be responsible for supporting key brand strategy projects such as brand positioning, strategic market research, development of key messages, promotional story, and in the mid-term developing key marketing and training materials, to ensure the strong launch of New product The Global Marketing Lead will work closely with and under the guidance of the Global Commercial Director for New launch product
- Pharma brand management experience, with strategic and analytical mindset and strong strategy execution skills, including experience leading the development of marketing materials
- Effective collaboration skills within the team and across the organisation (Global, Regions, and affiliates) to ensure broad alignment and navigate the organisation efficiently
- Self-starter, ability to thrive under high pace, with a creative and mindset, capable of handling uncertainties, and driving a process forward.
- Experience of digital engagement and multi-channel marketing and support the development of digital initiatives to support the execution of the brand strategy
- Internal and external stakeholder management
Qualifications
- Life Sciences, business or Marketing graduate or equivalent, Advanced Marketing/Business qualification desirable
- Diploma in Market Research advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to set vision and execute on plans.
- Proven project management skills and project ownership experience
- Experience in driving and handling global market research projects, agency management and insights generation
- Has minimum 8 years of relevant work experience within pharmaceutical marketing/brand strategy/sales
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Advanced IT and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Mindset: Driven and entrepreneurial approach with proven track-record of being an independent thinker and change-agent
- Proven depth of strategic and tactical experience, preferably including:
- Successful launch and brand experience (recent launch experience is preferred)
- Development and execution of strategy and materials
