We invite you to explore opportunities with CubicJob Details:Job Summary: Responsible to ensure all Employee life cycle (ELC) process are correctly recorded and maintained with the relevant process storage area Working with the HR Processes Owners within the HR Centre of Expertise/HRBPs to ensure all processes are reviewed and improved where possible and all hand-off between related process is seamless to ensure a high level of customer service and a focus on continual improvement Act as change champion for shared service projects leading up to transformationDeveloping and providing analytical measures and KPIs to support business transformation and process improvements.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with process owners to develop ELC Processes and ensuring comprehensive roll out
• Partnering with other functional leaders (eg, payroll, benefits, talent management) to ensure end-to-end integration of processes
• Maintaining workflows to streamline and optimize the full ELC, improving the employee experience and reducing administrative burden.
  
  
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of the full ELC processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Executing on initiatives to improve process efficiency and the employee experience, developing solutions in streamlining, standardization, automation, and work placement
• Keeping up to date with HR technology trends and leveraging new tools and platforms to improve the ELC process
• Developing, delivering and continuous improvement of data reporting suites to support HR transformation

Experience/Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience

• Extensive HR experience, with a focus on ELC processes and multi-country HR operations.
  
  
• Knowledge of HR technology platforms and tools
• Experience in implementing automation solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing and leading teams in a global organization preferred
• High degree of experienced in continuous improvement methodologies and a record of success in implementing lean practices.
