The Company is listed on National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in India Role title: Principle Product Manager, TFS family, GCS, Hosted CC Function: Product Management Band: M3 Department: VIBS Products & Services Reports to: Practice Head - Business Comms & Cloud Store Location: Corporate/ Mumbai Role purpose: Business Management of the BROAD Customer Interaction Products portfolio comprising of Domestic and International Toll Free Services, Global Calling Service and Hosted Contact Centre (roadmap), holistically, for maximum value creation for customers and business across their lifecycles This is a rapidly growing portfolio targeted to grow to 100+ Crs in FY-22 up from 70 crs in FY-20 Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Insights and opportunity driven planning for product roadmap finalization, revenue + market share aspirations, resource requirements and returns on investment.
Identify the need and deliver bespoke product solutions with potential for large revenue impact - calling for quick product customization/ development Diverse Go To Market execution covering customer targeting, propositions, sales kits, trainings to deliver target revenue and CXX.
Provide sales support in key deals as a Subject Matter Expert - help create and qualify early opportunities in a consulting role Look for system and process improvements continuously to improve efficiency and reduce opportunity to revenue timeline .
Drive day-to-day product and revenue management by effectively interfacing with Technology, Network Operations, Product Development, Customer Service, Finance, and Core competencies, knowledge and experience Sharp business acumen to identify opportunities and decide on approach to target Revenue planning and engage in key deals Product Management skills for end to end lifecycle management .
Go to market planning and execution Broad understanding of telephony and collaboration technologies Systems and process orientation People collaboration with teams across functions - Sales, Finance, RA, CS, Regulatory, etc Experience = 12+ Years Professional qualifications (preferable): Engineering Graduate / MBA Blackblot/ Pragmatic Marketing/ similar certified Budget owned: Responsible for VIBS revenues for the product category nationally, across all circles and segments.
