Summary: 12-15 years of experience in selling AMCs, FMS, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure managed services & Solution Selling, Hosting Services/ Storage, Server, Virtualizations, Backup Solutions, Network Management Solutions / Data Centre Solutions / AMC/ FMS / Tools and Services AutomationRoles & Responsibilities:

• Well known in the CIOs community with demonstrable direct relationship with key decision makers in the enterprise companies
• Demonstrable and deep relationship with major OEMs
• Deep understanding, knowledge and first-hand experience in AMC, Managed Services, Professional Services and SLA based requirement handling
• Solution and proposal ownership and responsibility
• Customer management and relationship responsibility.
  
  
• Vendor alignment, management and recruitment based on vendor scoring and rating
• End-to-end deal management so that the customer gets the best fit solution and the company gets the maximum profit
• Deal closure after aligning with best suited stake holders for SLA requirement matching
• Managing and monitoring existing clients relationship and ensuring renewals are on time every time
• Forecasting and achieving monthly/ quarterly business targets by offering all services to enterprise customers.
  
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery/ service quality norms
• To maximize visibility in the client place to enable cross-sell and up-sell
• Work with delivery teams to maximize profit by sourcing third-party suppliers and service providers
