Hardware Engineer Job In Revamp Moto Private Limited In Nashik

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, Electrical, E&TC, Electronics Engineering
• 0-2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient knowledge of electronics hardware in one or more of the following domains: power electronics, analog electronics, digital electronics
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, I2C, SPI, etc
• Experience in the selection and use of DSPs, microcontrollers, and programmable logic devices and their peripheral circuitry (signal conditioning, board-level power supplies)
• Experience with high current power semiconductor selection (IGBTs, MOSFETs, and Diodes), gate drive, and protection circuit design
• Good understanding and knowledge of the EV powertrain
• Experience in supervision of PCB layout for minimal stray inductance and capacitance, placement strategies for better manufacturability, power/signal plane definition, and EMC optimization.
  
  

• Design and develop electronic systems in order to meet product and subsystem specifications
• Work with the SW/FW team in understanding how HW, SW/FW will interact and design accordingly
• Be able to derive internal engineering requirements and specifications from higher level requirements
• Familiar with schematic capture and circuit simulation tools
• Own Design FMEA, collaborate with the manufacturing team for Process FMEA.
  
  Assist manufacturing team in all engineering aspects of manufacturing Understand and adopt DFM, DFA
• Collaborate with the chassis & panels design team in understanding physical constraints and making necessary adjustments
• Understand embedded system testing methods, and collaborate with the T&V team
• Maximise reuse of platforms and design resources to help reduce TTM, cost, and to enhance quality; implement lessons learnt into designs.
  
  
• Participate in supplier discussions and benchmarking activities
• Participate in regulatory tests such as UL, ARAI, BIS, IEC standards for electrical/electronic assemblies
