Client: Renowned Educations Group in Telangana Position: Head of Admissions - PGDM Program Experience 5 Plus Years Salary 12 to 15 LPA Location Sheikpet/ Raidurg_Hyderabad Qualification Any Graduation interested can share your resume at [HIDDEN TEXT] / whatsapp me at 9985258939 Job Title: Head of Admissions - PGDM Program Job Summary: As the Head of Admissions for the PGDM program for Women, you will lead the admissions team responsible for recruiting, selecting, and admitting highly qualified candidates to the post-graduate program You will be responsible for developing and implementing admissions strategies to achieve the enrollment goals while ensuring the maintenance of high standards of academic excellence and diversity in the student population You will also collaborate with the faculty, staff, and students to ensure that the PGDM program's mission, vision, and values align with the School's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: 1 Develop and implement admissions strategies that align with the MBA program's goals, vision, and values 2 Lead and manage the admissions team to ensure efficient and effective recruitment, selection, and enrollment of highly qualified candidates 3.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including prospective students, alumni, employers, and other partners to promote the MBA program and recruit talented candidates 4 Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to create and implement marketing campaigns, events, and materials to support the admissions process 5 Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for admissions processes that ensure the selection of diverse, talented, and qualified candidates.
6 Evaluate and recommend changes to the admissions process, including application requirements, selection criteria, and evaluation procedures 7 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and University policies and procedures 8.
Work collaboratively with the MBA Program Director, faculty, staff, and students to ensure that the admissions process aligns with the program's academic and operational goals Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree is preferred At least five years of experience in admissions or a related field, preferably in a post-graduate program Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak effectively to diverse audiences.
Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions Knowledge of higher education admissions policies, procedures, and practices Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students achieve program goals Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Proficient in the use of admissions-related software and technology.
