org, a new go-to-market vertical that leads with our values to exclusively service the needs of the global non-profit community, using the power of our platform to enable these vital organizations to achieve operational efficiency boosts, when those time saving efficiencies will literally save and impact livesJob DescriptionAs Head of Nonprofit Partnerships for ServiceNoworg, you have the opportunity to build and execute our partnerships strategy for the new ServiceNoworg businessThis role will be critical to establishing our presence with partner's non-profit practices, across primarily AMS and EMEA geographies.

You will produce new business in our accounts and new logos You'll also ensure our partners help provide successful projects for our org customersYou will work with Servicenoworg Sales, Solution Sales specialists, Pre-sales, and the Customer Outcome teams to grow the pipeline.

This role requires a strong leader with field execution and pipeline focus with the ability to translate strategy into action and align multiple stakeholders under one vision/missionWhat you will do in this role:

• Develop the ServiceNoworg partner strategy primarily focused on AMS and EMEA Geos Including:
  • Identify and recruit appropriate partners (across segments) to drive shared growth plans for non-profits
  • Evangelize ServiceNow to partner's non-profit practices (including our unique value to customers & how ServiceNow can help partner accelerate growth)
• Help develop and executeour shared GTM with partners in their non-profit practices:
  • Work with ServiceNow partners to develop business plans that produce new business for ServiceNoworg.
    
    
  • Support joint co-sell pursuits w/ Now & partner sales teams driving 'Sourced' NNACV
  • Help create joint go-to-market plans with key partners
  • Identify and support co-create opportunities for offerings and solutions appropriately with the non-profit practices of our partners
  • Ensure our partners deliver successful projects to customers
  • Work with Marketing teams at Now and Partner to build joint closed-loop demand generation plans (eg, Partner Prospecting Days and joint events)
  • Work cross-functionally (e.
    
    g, Corp Strat, Corp Dev, Ecosystem Ventures) to evaluate partnership models (including M&A and co-investment strategies) to dramatically grow the business

QualificationsTo be successful in this role you must have:

• Direct experience selling into and working with Non-Profit organizations and NGO's
• Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around technology specific to the Non-Profit industry
• Prior experience driving successful business development activities with non-profit industry partners
• Broad-based business and technology expertise with 12+ years in partner management, consulting in the non-profit and NGO industry
• Experience partnering with multiple Sales teams to grow the partner ecosystem in a 'win as a team' environment
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to patners
• Ability to build strong, internal cross-functional relationships
• Instant customer credibility in the non-profit sector
• Strong external relationships with the partner ecosystem in the non-profit industry
• ServiceNow Platform knowledge preferred
• Possess a unique balance of a non-profit heart, yet able to maintain a business mindset

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $152,580 - $251,820, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
