Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Manager who is proactive, excellent relationship builder and partners with organization leaders to select the best talent This individual will lead the recruitingfunction within the organization and be innovative in their approach used to recruit and select top talent The Recruiting Manager provides leadership and guidance in developing and implementing a cohesive global recruiting strategyManage and oversee full life cycle recruiting for all open positions at all levels to include research, sales, technology, and marketing Cultivate relationships with hiring managers, site leadership, employees, and external resources Develop candidate pipeline by discovering untapped sources of talent through creative sourcing techniques (i.
e, social media, professional referrals, creative advertising, etc) Create and monitor job postingsProvide advice on hiring procedures, staffing priorities, recruitment strategies and salary guidelinesDeliver and execute the successful design, implementation and management of programs related to sourcing, assessing, selecting, hiring, and on-boarding for experienced and entry level hiresEstablish and maintain strategic relationships with staffing agencies that are the most beneficial to the organizationStay informed of trends and innovative recruiting and other HR techniques in order to maintain high professional practicesRequired Skills: 8 years of recruiting experience.
Demonstrating strong capacity for successfully working with high volume recruitmentManage the entire life cycle of the US, UK International IT Recruitment process for clients in the International MarketWork closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managersWork on strategic global hiring programsDevelop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organizationProcure people for different US, UK International IT RequirementsUse niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arisesIn addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company's growth perspective in mindKeeping abreast of the industry trendsRequirement 8 + years' experience required in US, UK International IT Staffing and Recruitment Must have experience on full Life Cycle of US, UK IT Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates)Must have experience in dealing VISA's and American IT Employees.
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salaryMust have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidatesAbility to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate databaseSound knowledge of US IT concepts and the latest trends.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentTo understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resourcesSourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame
