Job Title - Release Manager: Education: MTech or ME or BTech or BE or MCA or MSc -IT or MSc - C Sc Job location : Delhi Experience: 7 + years in IT industry, at least 5 years in application based release management end to end management (Config, build, deploy, release) across environments Should have worked on at least 3-4 full end to end release management projects in short and long term Client facing release managers are preferred to manage Govt and non govt projects Tech Stack: Java and Open Source technology expert.

Hands of experience in tools and technologies like Code Configuration/Repositories like GitLab/SVN, CI/DC based automated build/deployment across Dev/Test/UAT/Sandbox/Prod env using Jenkins/Nexus/Docker on k8s/VMs, code quality tools like CAST, Sonar Qube, Test automation tools like Selenium/JMeter and application monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Manage Engine or equivalent Job Description: Building an automated deployment pipeline and associated processes Defining quality gates and thresholds Monitoring customer feedback Tracking results of test automation suites Collaborating cross-functionally Prepare the transition plan for taking over the Release management activities in a time bound manner Manage the complete Release Management from LTI side Coordinate with various stakeholders like Developers, Architects, Testers for the Release Preparing the release policy Ensure Readiness of Releases of for deployment along with complete documentation, roll back plan, resources handling the deployment etc.

Ensure the rollout of builds in Integration, QA, Pre prod and Prod Environments Managing Configuration and changes in various environments Manages releases for multiple scrum teams Works with development and operations teams to ensure the scheduling of successful, fast releases Manages release management lifecycle, schedule, and milestones Proactively identifies and resolves potential release conflicts and dependencies to avoid production issues Continually reviews, documents, formalizes, and communicates the release management process Develops reporting tools to measure metrics Monitors and reports release progress through scrum best practices Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality Uses expertise when communicating and collaborating with internal or external team members Strong problem resolution skills Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome Your future duties and responsibilities: Create and review with the client a Production Checklist for each weekend PROD encryption Scrum meetings and every day calls with all the respective stakeholders To create the CRS and get all the approvals for the CRs from all the stakeholders and resolve conflicts, if any.
