Opportunity to work with Great Place To Work CertifiedCandidates from Central line are preferredRoles and Responsibilities -1Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties 2Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives 3.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) 4Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities 5Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes 6Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations 7Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) 8.
Communicate with public services when necessary 9Vendor Management 10Assist joining process 11Letter Issuance 12Office Admin activities, seating arrangements, facility management etc Candidate Profile -

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The flexibility and willingness to learn
- Candidate should be comfortable with Andheri Sakinaka location in the training phase
- It is work from office job
- 5 days week (Monday to Friday)
- Working Window 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
