The overview of the role:Laundryheap is a fast-growing tech start-up revolutionizing the laundry and dry cleaning industry We pick up, clean & deliver within 24 hours, with the service currently being available in 11 markets around the globe After a successful start, we are now ready to grow our young and dynamic team even further and continue our international expansionWe are currently looking for an in our Shared Services division to join our fast-growing team at our office in BengaluruTHE ROLE:The personnel will work with the HR team to develop, implement and drive results in increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

This includes increasing workforce capability, improving organization design & structure, and supporting day-to-day operations and employee lifecycle management The HR Associatewill collaborate on all HR interventions, and activities for the business with an impact on strategy, support, and employee productivityYourresponsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:

• Be a strategic partner for the department and work with leadership to influence the workforce and people management
• Collaboratively work with other departments and the HR team to develop & implement HR plans & solutions
• Ideate, implement, and execute customized initiatives for the department as per needs
• Partner with the department on career development plans, workforce planning, transformation management
• Spearhead talent development initiatives on career management, succession planning, talent pipeline, talent assessment, and skill development for the department to enable them to achieve objectives
• Review and analyze performance metrics including retention & employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
  
  
• Research and regularly identify innovative ways to engage with teams on a regular basis
• Collaborate with both annual & mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee retention issues, fairly representing all interests
• Work with HR projects and deliver best-in-class initiatives resulting in increased organizational effectiveness and efficiency
• Advising on employee issues and providing HR policy guidance and interpretation as needed.
  
  
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly HR review decks
• Presenting reports about the overall lifecycle management which includes Attrition Analysis, Early Warning Signals (EWS) on attrition, performance Management, Talent management, Employee Engagements, retention, etc

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle management
• Knowledge of Analytics & Reporting
• Work in a fast-paced environment and ability to think outside of the box
• Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results
• Exposure to IT recruitment is preferred

Work Schedule and Patterns:

• 9-hour shift (8 working hours)
• Office-based role
• 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
• Shift timings: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST
