Job Description:
To execute L&D initiatives across the group as per the training plan and defined SLA’s with operating companies to enhance the competency level of employees
End to End Training support from receiving Identified Training Needs to closure of the attendance and feedback post the conduct of Class room training programs
E-learning course support from uploading, weekly mailers, follow-ups, cancellations and manager mails to employees for completion of TNI
Coordinate with vendors for nominating employees and support for payment process of external training programs
Trainers & Vendors – Training firms, Government organizations, and Management Institutes / Professional bodies.
To all employees, BHR, Site HR, TMG for L&D related activities
Cater to the group employees

Graduate in any discipline
2 years preferably in a L&D environment
