Key Responsibilities: Policy, Process and Strategy: Ensure HR strategies, plans, and programs, are in accordance with international employment laws and regulations Provide guidance on performance improvement and corrective actions Stay abreast on local and global employment practices, develop strong business acumen Identify HR policy and process gaps in the organization and address on time Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date Ensure effective leadership and operational excellence of all basic HR processes including performance reviews, incentive planning and talent reviews/succession planning Team management: Supervise and lead corporate HR staff and provide advice, support, and leadership to HR teams Collaborate across the organization to ensure commitment to the organization's mission, values and long-range strategy Talent Acquisition: Identifying organisation's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding Ensuring to develop a sustainable talent acquisition and sourcing strategies that deliver the right talent within the timelines Planning: Develop a HR plan aligned with business objectives to include organizational design, succession planning, talent management, goal alignment, and communications Consistent partnership with Corporate Finance partners to ensure budget consistency and cooperation during corporate and departmental costing initiatives Communication: Handle communications with global HR team members and local team Coordinate with the team to continuously evaluate existing work process and prospective processes to ensure the most effective and efficient use of resources across the globe Other: Hands on day-to-day HR activities Support accounts and finance teams with payroll processing and budget planning Knowledge of HRMS implementation would be an added advantage Provide timely reports to senior management monthly, quarterly and yearly Manage a team of HR Executives to support day to day organization HR needs
