REQUIRED SKILLS: Manage Human Resource and Administration activities Recruitment of suitable candidates for all open positions with target closure Joining formalities and handling employee databases Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the human resources functional duties Compiling and updating the employee records in the database Preparing letters such as offer letter/Relieving letter/ Confirmation letter, Knowledge about PF, ESI is added advantage Proper file management for each employee, keep the details in softcopy Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues Leave and attendance management of the employee Handling the payroll process by providing relevant data (CL, SL, EL, LOP) Giving confirmation, performance appraisal, and performance management Providing payslip, relieving formalities, and salary settlement work.
To coordinate with employees and schedule the interview, walk-in, etc, Maintaining and Checking of Leave, Attendance Records, Daily Attendance Checking, Over time, Late comings, Early going Maintain a good employee retention ratio Listen to the employee's grievances and resolve Petty Cash Management Payroll report, monthly invoices reporting to management Present weekly status report to management on all aspects of HR & Admin Conduct fun events/knowledge sharing sessions on Fridays, event management, etc, Manage administrative functions like office maintenance, vendor co-ordination for Lunch, Milk, Water, coffee vending machine, etc,
