Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems in the AI Manufacturing Vertical (AIM+AI Clad + Nektel) in coordination with HR & Admin Team in Sohar & DGM-Operations Train & Develop the Omani HR team in Sohar in managing core HR functions Coordinate recruitments (in India and abroad), issue appointment letters & complete onboarding of selected candidates Provide counselling & training on Company policies and procedures to employees through MS Team Manage recruitments in India by being actively involved in the process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, coordinating with agents and managing the hiring process in India Involve and manage ISO & other Audits for HR function Coordinate the Business trips of officials of AI Manufacturing vertical Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new employees Develop employee training and development programs against an annual T&D plan, especially for Omanis Remotely assist Factory operations in implementing the best practices and promoting a productivity-oriented work culture Assist in performance management processes & manage the performance appraisals for Expat and Omanis Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Data management related to grievances Assist in maintaining the database of employee records according to policy and legal requirements Coordinate with Planning department in maintaining & managing the employee data base Assist Oman HR, Payroll and Operations in completing onboarding, resignation and termination formalities Assist in managing & meeting the ICV requirements based on the specific contractual and statutory requirements

Pgd In Hrm Or Mba In Hr With 2-3 Years Of Core Hr Experience Proven Experience As An Hr Officer Or Other Hr Position Knowledge Of Hr Functions (performance Management, Recruitment, Grievance Redressal Training & Development Etc.)
