Prime Responsibilities: -Ensure Seamless Payroll Operations are achieved for our customers -Ensure Attendance Management -Ensure Statutory Compliance PF, ESIC, Ptax, LWF, TDS -Ensure that all Statutory Contributions Reports are produced on time -Ensure flawless billing & collections happens as per the agreements -Adapt Technology to full automate HR & Payroll Operations, Onboarding, etc -Ensure the team is well-trained to deliver the services effectively -Ensure Recruitment pipeline and candidate selections -Candidate onboarding -Learn to become hands-on with HRMS and Payroll system -Master data management in HRMS & Payroll system -Share MIS with MD every month -Maintain client relationships as a service delivery manager -Maintain & grow relationships at the Pan India level Soft Skills Required: -Communication Skill -People Management -Problem Solving ability -Presentation skills -Negotiations skills
