We are a good mix of employees with different backgrounds and experience, and value an informal and fun working environment In collaboration with P&O management and stakeholders we drive the P&O Digital strategy & roadmap, meaning facilitating and driving the right strategic choices, but also ensuring the execution of the roadmap towards measurable impact In addition, we are shaping and owning customer journeys ensuring our customers get the best experience from our P&O Services, including aligning our key P&O metrics to measure customer experience We are curious about Digital Innovation, developing new solutions building on the latest trends within automation and digitalisation across the entire P&O organisation The Position As a valuable member of our team, you are entrusted to be able to drive business impact related to improving core HR processes such as the hiring, transferring, and promoting employees.
You are Your main responsibilities includes:
- Review digital HR processes to reduce manual work/rework and improve efficiency
- Mapping of existing HR processes to understand local requirements and deviations
- Implement digital HR processes with a focus on customer experience excellence
- Translate core employee life cycle requirements to easy-to-use digital processes and aligning with multiple stakeholders for implementation.
- Identify customer needs and root cause of pain points to minimize the customer effort
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, engineering, business or similar combined with solid professional experience
- 6 to 8 years of knowledge on HR and employee life cycle processes
- Experience from digitalisation initiatives, LEAN, Design thinking and Value-Stream Mapping
- Experience in decision making, management of cross-organisational teams or project groups is a bonus.
- Understanding of how technology can impact future ways of working
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written/spoken)
- Experience of working with project management, and basic understanding of how agile setup works is a bonus
- Having worked in a Matrix setup in a global company with dotted and solid reporting lines
- Demonstrate a high personal energy, and you can motivate and engage people.
- A respectful and a loyal team player with a customer-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- An ability to develop, identify and implement new solutions for complex issues
- Committed, curious and adaptable to change
