Prepare candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about job descriptions, and expectation Interact with clients/Manager and understand the requirements Schedule & Coordinate the interview between Candidate and Client Take feedback after interview Repeat the process until the Position/Mandates/ Requirements is closed.

Looking candidates through Mapping, Head Hunting for Senior Requirements Coordinate with the candidate until Joining and Receiving Payment Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as Position Status, interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports Sound communication skills to deal with the candidates & Good at client interaction Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level References Appreciated !!!!!
