Job Description: We are looking for an HR IT Recruiter to join our team and help us hire top talent for our IT department The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various IT positions, as well as managing the hiring process from start to finish Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholdersUse applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment Requirements:Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with a variety of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and professional networks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong organizational and administrative skills Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field If you have a passion for recruiting top IT talent and want to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
