Overall 2 year to 6 years' experience in Non-It Recruitment End to end recruitment process by using various methods (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn) and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs Understand requirements and prepare Job Description (JD) / Job Specification (Job Criteria) Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates Screening, Shortlist resumes Corresponding with Candidates, Scheduling Interview, and Follow-up Handling the End-to-End life cycle of Recruitments from Sourcing to joining for all Levels.
Collection of candidature from job portals, consultants, Headhunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals Evaluating the candidate's skills Confidence level and Presentation Responsible for handling walk-In interviews Meet monthly/quarterly Targets Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Maintaining Day to day Master Tracker Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Excellent Communication Skills.
