Job Description You are expected to bring to the table, a blend of both of HR Process Improvement and Technology knowledge You will advocate for continuous improvement, streamlining processes by encouraging staff to continuously look for opportunities to make their processes easier and more efficient in order to consistently deliver a superior and personalized employee experience The measures of success will be the value and impact created through Digital employee experiences, that simplify Interaction touchpoints Key Responsibilities: Process Mapping and Design Understand as is process and partner with the CoEs to proactively identify key areas of process and technology that will result in a change from the as-is process mapping vs the to-be Work with the Employee Experience CoE on synthesizing insights from employee voice, focused group workshops, targeted stakeholder interviews and feedback Develop process workflows and swim lane charts along with the HR CoEs to support process improvement initiatives for standardizing HR processes globally.

Assist in assessing processes to determine how to reduce rework, improve quality, improve efficiency, and/or improve the ability to deliver desired services HR Tech Implementation Partner with the CoE and IT department to identify and assess prospective HR technology products and shortlist the best fits through a process of technical and process evaluation of the product Consult with the stakeholders and help arrive at the MVP decision from the available offerings Detail out the business requirement document and support in the commercial, legal contracting stages Codevelop implementation plan and run regular project cadence for HR teams and relevant business groups while tracking and monitoring progress or escalating business risks where appropriate Partner for change management and adoption of the initiative and support in troubleshooting Be the HR Tech ambassador for the function and represent internally and externally as needed
