Diploma or Degree
At least 2 years of previous experience in similar roles

Previous knowledge of the DHL Operations processes of Hubs and Gateways and SVC, and of the applications in use, will be considered a plus
Good knowledge of the MS office package
Good knowledge of written and spoken English (Intermediate)
Description:
Manage your team by promoting personal and professional development
Ensuring on their work shift that operational activities are carried out and supervised in accordance with the expected and promised Service Levels
Ensure alignment between the different operational shifts by providing an adequate handover
Provide your manager with clear input on H&S issues, process quality and compliance
Support your manager in implementing corrective actions to compliance issues.
Make sure that the suppliers operating on the site comply with the shared guidelines
Contribute to the continuous improvement of company performance by identifying opportunities for improving warehouse operations by supporting one’s manager in the selection and implementation of best practices to be proposed to the Carpiano Management Team
