Responsibilities / Job Functions: Assisting in Recruiting, interviews, and facilitating the hiring process for qualified job applicants Collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings Conducting or acquiring required background checks and employee eligibility verifications Conducting employee on-boarding/off-boarding and helping organize training & development initiatives for new joiners Facilitating new joiners with required assets, Reviewing resolution of day to day IT issues.

Implements recognition programs, engagement programs Planning, benchmarking compensation & benefits for resources, Handling leave and attendance Management Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies Undertake tasks around performance management Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary Assist with payroll processing.

Ensuring you are updated with changes in the Tax/PF/ESIC laws Skills: Proven experience as an HR Generalist Excellent communication and people skills Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach Experience in using an HRMS Tool/Software would be an added bonus
