Job ProfileHuman Resources - Human Resources Operations - Senior AssociateTalent & Deployment People & Technology OperationsPreferred knowledge/skills:Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the application of Human Capital (HC) strategy, systems/technology, policies and practices, including, but not limited to, the following areas related to internal operations of a global network of professional services firms:
- Understanding Firm strategy, HC operations, and core functional areas
- Leveraging understanding of the practice to positively influence HC operational decisions, including understanding the goals of balancing workload, supporting our diversity & inclusion initiatives, optimizing utilization, promoting flexibility, while balancing firm and client needs
- Providing analyses of HC operations for discussion/review with HC and/or Segment leaders to assess trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Supporting the manager in managing the relationship with external providers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting and driving standardization across providers That includes policies, procedures, and protocol that support business needs and plans of an organization
- Supporting the implementation of projects and developing deliverables
- Assisting in developing action plans to address as necessary
- Leveraging skills such as attention to detail, organization and ability to multitask and juggle shifting priorities
- Maintaining business processes and documentation in support of provider operations

- Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
) and, - Leveraging the Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration
