• The role requires a strong analytical judgement to drive or direct, as appropriate, a global solution or necessary enhancement of Access Management processes
• Support daily operations of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, viz.
  
  SailPoint
• Understand the problem, approve, or suggest solutions that will properly resume service delivery, maintain proper access as well as minimize risk and financial exposure
• Drive or direct, as appropriate, a global solution or necessary enhancement of IAM processes
• Ensure service documentation, such as process guides, are maintained and kept up to date
• Identifying opportunities for improved operational efficiencies through the development of new system enhancements or functionality.
  
  
• Fulfills all user access requests while protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all data assets
• Maintain joiner-mover-leaver processes from start to finish, ensuring that tickets are created and escalated to relevant teams in a timely fashion

What would your day look like

• Create, Add & Revoke Access, persona modification and identify creation
• Creates new, improves, and documents existing Authentication/Access technologies, processes, and procedures
• Monitor the service ticket or identity management platform for new requests.
  
  
• Works independently to identify and schedule the various tasks for successfully analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing projects on time and within the defined project budget
• Be accountable for ensuring service documentation, such as process guides, are maintained and kept up to date
• Collaboration with Incident Response to assist in recovering from security breaches participates in investigation and remediation of security incidents
• Escalate critical incidents that require management attention in a timely manner and provide timely updates
• Root cause analysis experience, getting to the root cause, problem solving

Who are we looking forAt Providence Global Center, we have a gamut of technical and clinical streams that you could find your passion in, however (to start with) we are looking for candidates with the following core competencies:

• Bachelor s degree in related filed, to include computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6-10 years of experience in support of user identity management, access control, request-authorization frameworks, and general IT security policies
• Working knowledge of Identity/Access Management technologies (SailPoint, Azure Active Directory, ServiceNow, Exchange etc.

• ITIL awareness preferred and willing to work occasionally on 16/7 rotational shift and on call support
