• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the respective field
• Implementation, commissioning & enhancement of modules of IAM suite (Identity Manager, SSO, Identity Governance, Privileged Identity Manager)
• Automating processes using scripting languages like Perl and Python

Roles and responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership of the IAM team.
  
  Manage and develop staff, set goals and priorities, resolve conflicting direction and serve as subject matter expert for the team on a day to day basis
• Ensure the IAM service remains compliant and secure, access request is controlled and that its users are supported
• Work with stakeholders to define and implement security process and procedure aligned with IT Security standards and policy set by Client
• Analyse, design, implement and plan maintenance activities for IAM changes as requested by the service owners
• Administer, operate, manage, execute and govern the Identity & Access Management (IAM) process and tools for Access, Recertification and Role Management in a global environment
• Designing the sustenance roadmap
• Ensuring milestones are achieve
• Perform deployment for functions and locations
• Gathering change in business requirement and process flow
• Conducting training sessions for users to enable them to use the tool
• Fixing of the vulnerabilities and Upgrades of new stable version
• Handling technical challenges during sustenance and Maintenance
• Handling user issues and providing corrective solution
• Handling any ongoing challenges
• Problem solving, analytical skills and decision making
• Good scripting knowledge with Unix shell/Phython, etc
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation of operational efficiency
• Ability to automate and integrate the tools with REST API/SDK with security dashboard
