Desired Candidate Profile : Experience Requirement: Minimum 5 years experience of undertaking real estate/property valuations using Direct Market Comparable, Income and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methods Past experience of working with valuation teams of property consultant companies (such as CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman Wakefied, Anarock, etc) or similar reputed cos engaged in property valuations Should be able to independently conduct market studies, real estate analysis, comparable benchmarking through on ground primary surveys and secondary research Should have experience of working on financial models for property valuations Must possess relevant accreditation or certification as valuation practioner as per acceptable industry standards.
