Qualification  :  Graduate in any discipline from Govt recognised university 6 months Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application from recognised Institution Owning Motor cycle with valid driving License and Insurance Permanent Resident of respective District

Remuneration :  Rs 15,600/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousands Six hundred) per month

Age Limit :  Less than 36 years as on 31st December, 2019

Interested candidates are hereby requested to submit their Application from 19/02/2020 to 24/02/2020 as per the prescribed format uploaded in the NHM Website along with self-attested copies of all necessary /relevant documents in hard copies with 2 (two) copies of passport coloured photograph during the office hours in the office of the Chief Medical Officer, Gomati District, Tepania, Udaipur.
