Individual will primarily be responsible for the coordination and completion of research tasks, data collection, data analysis and updating these information into Greater Insight Tool to ensure the delivery of high quality work within the specified timelines for a variety of tasks managed within the teamKey High-Level Responsibilities:Good domain expertise on the subject with practical experience on tools and techniques in employee benefitsadministration or consultingTake charge & ownership of deliverables for effectively meeting the stakeholders expectationsAbility to manage projects with minimal dependency & deliver in an effective manner by timely collaborating withstakeholdersExhibit right knowledge, experience and skill to learn new type of activities within the teamIdentify the opportunities of Operational Excellence, Controls and Innovation in the teamBuild a culture of enhancing/acquiring knowledge across teamActively contribute and participate in the wider ACPL initiatives and cross team collaborationDevelop stronger working relationship with colleagues and stakeholdersExperience:Graduate/Post Graduate with 4 - 6 years of experience in benefits administrationor consulting supporting global clientsProven ability in domain expertiseExperienced in identifying and implementing the process improvements, standardization andautomations impacting larger team deliverablesMandatory Skills:Excellent theoretical knowledge and background experience in employee benefitsExpertise in internet search mechanismsWorking knowledge of MS Office product suitesWorking knowledge of VBA/Excel Macros/MS Access 2526094
