The Data & Analytics teams help make data-driven decisions in merchandising, store operations, finance, and supply chain The Business Services team builds business services capabilities across Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Enterprise Item Content, and Private Brands The Finance and Accounting team manages Transaction Accounting, Customer and Inventory Accounting, Margin and Cost Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Finance support, Tax and Enterprise Strategic Sourcing for the US and Canada business.
The Product Management team builds and manages tech products and solutions for our stores and online channels And lastly, our Shared Services team empowers other groups to do their job well To know more about Lowe's India, visit The primary purpose of this role is to assess, support/design, implement, and roll out store initiatives that support store teams with driving business results This role will accomplish through the development and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements This role supports the day-to-day store operations, including sales, service, technology, omni-channel, reverse logistics and store communications.
Team Lead will deliver operational results and lead project level initiatives, relating to the effective and efficient flow of merchandise through the reverse logistics network Further, Lead will be responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of external vendors that support the Reverse Logistics Operations and ensure that all service levels and key performance metrics are achieved By supporting an integrated strategy of Customer Return, Reverse Logistics and Asset Recovery of appliances and general merchandise The Reverse Logistics team reduces costs and increases efficiency within the supply chain by optimizing network design and flows and evaluating and assessing supply chain partners and inventory buyers In addition, this individual will create the models and perform the analysis to make recommendations for optimizing and developing network wide processes and disposition methods.
II Roles & Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities: Lead team of analyst to drive optimal omni channel & reverse network Collaborates cross-functionally to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinates and manages timely execution of projects across stores, from development to implementation Provides Store Operations Consultants qualitative and quantitative analytics prior to development and after implementation identifying ROI, current/future state, and cost savings Interprets reporting and develops actionable performance recommendations that are distributed to the key stakeholders.
Provides real-time information and guidance to stores requiring assistance with day-to-day procedural questions Assists Store Operations Consultants with development of process improvement solutions based on field feedback.
Leverages customer facing technology to improve productivity and efficiency Executes the process of documenting policies, procedures, and processes for new store initiatives Develops reporting metrics and presents data with a clear point of view so that insights can be used to help drive recovery and reverse logistics business strategy.
Optimizes recovery and profitability by maintaining and improving sustainable operational processes, and external partnerships Establish Global working best practices to enable effective partnership and build execution ownership Create & drive problem solving culture within teams to solve execution & business problems .
Drive operational excellence practices within the team Responsible for Selecting, Hiring, Developing, Engaging & retaining talentIII Years of ExperienceOverall 8+ years of Experience 6+ years of experience in Supply chain Management 5+ years experience modeling and data analytics.
4+ years experience of project management 3+ years of prior leadership experienceIV Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research or Related FieldV Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have) Experience in Data mining and visualization tool such as PowerBI, SQL and Excel.
Experience in building analytical models, proficient in mathematical and Statistical analysis Experience in or knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Optimization through use of modeling and simulation tools Working knowledge of Merchandising decision-making tools for Suppliers, Items and Sourcing to include financial determinations Familiar with Inventory Management, Planning, Forecasting, and Transportation processes and systems Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents for presentation to managementSecondary Skills (desired).
