India Country Leader Vice President Job In Nga Human Resources An Alight Company In India

The India country leader role is responsible for creating and building value added relationships with clients, colleagues and their peers on the North American leadership team This position is responsible for leading the locationu2019s business operations, which includes leading operations, customer service functions, and IT teams The country leader works with the EVP of insurance solutions to set the India location strategy inclusive of physical location leadership and expansion, business operations vertical expansion and IT vertical expansion Experience with contract negotiations and contract renewals This position is also responsible for driving the improvement of internal and external KPIs.

u00B7Provide direct leadership of the India locations and the job functions within each locationu00B7Lead the day-to-day work activities of the operations, customer service and IT teamsu00B7Liaise with US leadership to deliver client satisfaction through world class operations, customer service and IT deliveryu00B7Implement effective employee engagement strategies to deliver a best-in-class employee experience u00B7Lead the day-to-day client management teams to drive client satisfaction and maintain/exceed current Net Promoter ScoresBe a strategic leader providing a trusted presence in the market Knowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiencies

• BS/BA degree required
• Masters degree preferred
• Six Sigma designation preferred or willing to achieve in the first 12 months of employment

Work Experience

• 10+ yearsu2019 experience in leading multifunctional teams
• P&L experience of high financial management and planning acumen
• Absence management or group benefit experience is a plus
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Broad knowledge delivery, IT or operations functions
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high Net Promoter, Customer Service and Employee Engagement results
• Strong leadership skills
• Advanced communication and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated strategic leadership skills are key, with proven verbal and written communications skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
