Experience Level: 1-4 years Education: A Bachelor of Sciences/Engineering is preferred Key Responsibilities: 24x7 monitoring of alerts from Servers, Databases, Backups and Network devices (Circuits, Routers, Switches, Aps, Voice, Video Conferencing Endpoints, Remote Guarding) Create a ticket and escalate to L2/L3 Team Co-ordinate with MIM Team to open a MIM for Critical tickets Co-ordination with vendors for any hardware issues Capture information as per the requirements given during transition Server disk full, hardware issues, CPU usage errors, Memory errors, etc Check the health of the devices, condition of the services, etc Address any warnings for databases (Health checks, Temp DB blocks) Azure dashboard monitoring and troubleshooting Technology Expertise: Hands-on expertise preferred for CloudGenix, SCOM, Cisco TMS, Cradlepoint, NetCloud, Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, Logic Monitor, OEM (oracle enterprise manager), 7Signal'
