• Demonstrated experience in leading and overseeing a successful IT teamwith a focus on delivering excellence in customer service
• Demonstrated skills in the analysis of complex problems, and in thetroubleshooting and resolution of high-impact incidents
• Excellent operational management skills with proven ability to provideauthoritative specialist and technical advice
• Highly-developed planning and organizational skills, with experienceestablishing priorities, allocating resources and meeting deadlines in acomplex technical environment
• Previous experience in running production workloads on Linux and/orWindows
• Previous experience with applications like CMS,Search engines, ELK stack,networking, Monitoring, Automation, storage, API's, CI/CD, Cloud (AWS,Google Platform and Azure) and backup management
• High level of technical leadership, including the ability to develop technicalstandards and promote their adoption within teams across multiple technicaldisciplines
• Well-developed stakeholder management skills Proficient at influencing andnegotiating with senior stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
