Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at a digital marketing company in Mumbai The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, communicating with prospective clients, and converting them into customers You will also be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with existing clients Responsibilities: Generate new leads through various channels, such as email campaigns, cold calling, social media outreach, and referrals Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain points Effectively communicate the company's value proposition, services, and pricing to potential customers Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients and maintain relationships with them Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate lead-generation efforts and campaigns Use CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements: Proven experience as an inside sales executive or similar role in a digital marketing company Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities effectively Good understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
