Job TitleInstructional DesignerMain ActivitiesAs an instructional designer, you will use your skills and knowledge to design and develop learning solutions You will manage the full project cycle from conception to communication about the final product delivery Finally, you will adapt to various design tools depending on the scope of the projectSome initial projects include:Working with the Learning Design team and other stakeholders, contribute to the definition of learning objectives.

Manage the entire development process including Storyboards, Prototypes, Development, Revisions, Testing and PublicationsApply media skills to produce video, image, and sound assets where applicable to a learning solution.

Facilitate design & development learning solutions worldwide by using the Amadeus Learning Management System (LMS)Publish e-learning lessons on Amadeus productsParticipate in our self-paced learning publication processes and suggest improvements.

Promote in our learning solutions to customers, both current and potentialSupport customers when problems are encountered with our learning solutions.

Assess UI of the Amadeus LMS for improvementsRequirementsUniversity degree with either instructional design or visual design focusPassion for Learning Design & DevelopmentExcellent written and spoken English.
