Delivering sustainable change across Fidelity by focusing on top down, strategic business priorities to maximise business and commercial value Empowering and upskilling internal teams to create sustainable capability, and promote a culture of innovation andcontinuous improvement as part of new and improved ways or working Leveraging an integrated operating model to work with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Shared Services with an objective todeliver better outcomes for the business and our customersPurpose of the Role As a member of the Intelligent Automation Delivery Team, this role will work to progress Fidelity's IA agenda and embed innovation across the business, working with the business to design, develop and run automated tools to maximise business benefitsSpecifically, this role will support in the analysis, design,development and testing of processes, including updates to existing live automation solutions, performing development activity in accordance with the methodologies and design standards as set by the CoEThe role can also act as Scrum Master for Delivery teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, to ensure automation / process optimisation solutions are delivered and maintained in line with CoE methodologies, design standards and toolsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and Development.

Good technical skills on Kofax tool, ICR and OCR capabilities Exposure to other RPA tools (like Blue Prism, Trust Portal) and OCR/ICR solutions will be an advantage Knowledge of Blue Prism will be an added advantage.

Supports the analysis, design, and build of processes from a technical perspective Conducts 'to be' process design Performs development activity in accordance with the methodologies and standards set by the CoE Seeks guidance from the Technical Specialist's when facing complex tasks.

Provides status reports to Delivery Leads on the progress of development, per project Carries out change impact assessments for both process change and system driven change, and performs associatedchange control practices Prepares necessary documentation, supporting in process design, release notes, deployment guides, and operationalguide materials required for production deployment Provides defect fix support in identification of the issue, development and testing of the solution and works with theGovernance and Technical Learning Manager to understand lessons learned to inform best practice and trainingopportunitiesTesting Prepares test cases and test plans, liaising with Technical Specialists to gather business input as required.

Performs testing of automated processes ahead of their release into production Applies the testing principles and processes as defined by the IA CoE Plans and facilitates user acceptance testing Records and communicates defects to be resolved, identifying any lessons learned and liasing with the TechnicalLearning Manager Supports remediation of defects as required.

Documents test resultsExperience and Qualifications Required Experince on Kofax and OCR and ICR skills Experience developing and testing software (desirable) Understanding of IA technologies, the operational processes and when IA should be used (desirable) Knowledge of business process modelling and reengineering (desirable).

Awareness of standard system development lifecycle processes (eg, agile, waterfall, etc) and change control disciplines(desirable) Programming experience with an IA software (desirable).

Industry and development experience (desirable) Proven track record in a similar role would be advantageous Formal Blue Prism Training and working towards accreditation is desirable, however training will be provided Excellent PC and MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, V-Lookups and macros Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload with a keen attention to detail.
