com Key responsibilities

• Developing a consistent recruitment process to identify new and experienced talent
• Support the internal recruitment of all vacant positions, including market mapping and building pipelines of talent
• Market map competitors, identify and approach top talent to join the organization, across all of our recruitment products
• Ensuring all employees have a consistent and positive onboarding experience
• Developing, identifying, and driving relevant training material/sessions that will enhance the skills of the team.
  
  

Role requirements

• At least 5 years of successful recruitment experience, with a strong preference for agency recruitment experience
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
• The ability to identify talent capable of transitioning into agency recruitment
• The ability to position The Edge Partnership correctly to experienced individuals
