Job Description:

Under direct supervision you will be provide day-to-day administrative support for delivery of reception processes and activities
You will note down messages and distribute messages in a timely and accurate manner
You will be responsible to greet visitors to the premises and determine the nature of their visit, issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs, alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department, or employee
You will be responsible to provide information on basic inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the organization’s location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address
You will provide support for administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing, and distributing mail, receiving, and sending courier packages.


You will enter data and maintain and update files according to standard procedures such as long-distance call logs
You will follow and achieve compliance with set processes and policies, check recurring routine issues faced during delivery, else escalate to supervisor for inputs and guidance
You will support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team and senior management team
You will have to communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation and address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships

Qualification:

Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
Less than two (2) years of experience within the same field
Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral
Office Administration skills
Facilities and Maintenance Management
Event Planning
Inventory Management
Data Entry and Security Protocols skills
Access Control and Alarm Systems/ cctv knowledge

Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
