Role & Responsibilities:
i The responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but will not be limited to: Human Resource Intern shall support the HR Officer handle various HR operations like recruiting, onboarding, inductions, etc Process-focused individual who can work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines simultaneously with accuracy professional Attitude with result-oriented, proactive, positive attitude and understanding with proven capability on delivering value across HR functions

HR Intern, will have to provide assistance to the HR Officer in day to day operations and will assist in various tasks and assist in updating the employee records with new hire information, screen resumes, and schedule interviews will assist in organizing and planning the HR approaches, policies, and procedures knowledge of MS office word, excels, PowerPoint, google sheets

Skills / Qualification: Graduate-with- PGD/PG/MBA- in HR/Personal
i Managed recruitment process for various projects to source the best talent from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed),internal database, head hunting, referrals within TAT screening, shortlisting, initial interviews, scheduling interviews with line managers for open positions background and reference check, offer release, joining formalities, onboarding and induction programs
ii.
Prepare and maintain various monthly MIS reports
iii Prepare various HR letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, contract renewal letter, transfer letter, warning letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, Process notes etc
iv Manage employee’s personal files and records, leave and attendance, exit formalities, employee engagement programs.
v Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks
vi Assist the HR team in organizing fairs and special events
