Manage Virtualization
Provide constant VOIP/IP phone support
Manage /Maintain Backup Systems
Manage /Maintain Firewall /Router /VPN /Switches
Hardware/Network maintenance and support
Application support
To manage mailing systems , ms outlook etc
To assist in Citrix server maintenance
To manage with the administration of the companies computer network
To carry out daily data backup routines
To record and provide first line support for all hardware faults
To report and follow up hardware faults to external support companies as required
To assist in coaching users in the use of PC based software packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
To maintain an accurate inventory of computer equipment and software
To carry out installation of hardware and operating system software as required including cable routing.
To provide support for the production of reports as requested.
Provides basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g.
microcomputers, disk drives, and laser printers) and may assist with testing personal
computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software
problems
Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within
prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate
Produce required systems-related documentation
Ensuring the proper Internet connection from all the workstations.
Configuration of all the equipment in the office
Check all the equipment as to regard of its proper functioning
