Our company is currently seeking an experienced IT Recruiter Business Development Manager to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and managing a team of recruiters to fill IT positions for our clientsKey Responsibilities: Develop and execute a business development plan to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities in the IT industry Manage a team of recruiters to source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for our clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and assess market demand for IT talent Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a smooth recruiting process from start to finish Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, including progress toward goals and metrics.

At least 4 years of experience in IT recruitment and business development, with a proven track record of success Strong knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members Ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet and exceed goals Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with clientsThe salary for this position will be based on experience and qualifications
