An IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the information technology field This individual will work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand the company's technical needs and create a recruitment strategy to attract the best candidatesKey Responsibilities: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the position Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
