Job Summary: Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles along with team and client management Job details: -Experience in Full Life Cycle IT Recruitment -Extensive knowledge and experience in IT Recruitment Process (RPO Staffing) -Experience in permanent & contract staffing -Involved in India Hiring [Domestic - Offshore] & GCC Hiring [Middle East - Onsite] -Maintaining the end to end database to ensure faster TAT and quality -Conducting preliminary interviews to ascertain candidate's competencies, techskills (based position, salary and relocation etc) -Hands on experience in Job Portals (Naukri Gulf, Monster and Social Networking: Linked in).
-Keeping back-up for the positions considering back outs -Coordinating directly with Project Lead, Regional Managers(BDM) & Delivery Directors to understand the requirement and fulfil the business(Client) need -Regular meeting with the delivery teams and for forecasting the requirements & making strategies for fulfilling the current open requirements -Salary negotiations and closures -Experience in hiring for senior, niche and bulk requirements of the Client needs -Reducing the dependencies of Job Boards through Smart Sourcing Techniques.
