It Support Team Lead Job In Innovative Techhub Private Limited In Pune

Profile Requirement In Detail :-This profile will be single point of contact (SPOC) for clients spread across Enterprise and SME customer mostly Banking & IT/ITES CompaniesCustomer/Client will call and email on Support contact details to log a complaint which needs to be acknowledged by this SPOC and try to resolve remotely if possibleIn case the ticket is not resolved remotely then he needs to arrange for an engineer to visit the site and get the same resolvedWherever our engineer available we need to contact our team but most remote locations we will be tied up with support partners/vendor through whom we need to arrange the required engineersSPOC needs to ensure the engineer reaches with SLA at customer location and resolves the issue with or without hardware replacement respectively.

Once issue is resolved customer signoff on call report needs to be taken and shared with customer central teams or the team who has logged callOnce above steps completed then we need to get the payment done for respective partner / vendor with support of accounts teamAlong with this we also need to ensure customer billing is done with support of accounts teamWill have to maintain ITHPL office technical issues and IT support and server room Which includes ISP coordination, CCTV Monitoring, Access Control etc.

Should be able to troubleshoot hardware issue for desktops and laptops and able to change the hardware as wellAll ticket and calls logged we need to maintain it in the excel sheet with all details and flash MIS to management & customer on intervals to have reviews scheduledIf required will have to visit customer locations to resolve issues of endpoints, server and network/wifiProactive approach towards task and activities falling under scopeEnsuring we meet the SLA committed to customer/users.
