Responsibilities: Interact with companywide teams to fully support the Salesforce platform in ultimate support of marketing efforts in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Serve as SME for the company in SFDC implementation, as well as Architecture of custom solutions Closely work with business teams to ensure their needs translate to true SFDC configurable requirements Create and own platform roadmap, including communication and updating throughout the entire organization Configure SFDC features such as user management, permission sets, custom objects & fields, flows, reports, dashboards, etc.
