Overview:Familiar with role modeling, role mining, Capacity Planning, High Availability setup, Performance tuning experience of Oracle IDM Product Experience in customizing out of box connectors for LDAP and database, Developing Custom connectors, Integration experience in LDAP / Directory servers Application Integration experience using API / Webservice, Familiar with SQL and Database concepts, Java / J2EE, webservice integrations (SOAP/REST) , Groovy scripting, SPML Certifications: Primary Competency: Oracle IDM Suite Primary Skills: Oracle IDM Suite implementation Primary Skills description: Product specific certification along with any security certification (CISSP/ CISM / CISA) Have extensive experience in Security Domain primarily in Identity and Access Management Have knowledge on Access Governance/Certification Design, Architecture implementation skills Oracle Identity Manager/Access Manager/Federation Must haves skills; oGood working knowledge on LDAP(Directory Services), RDBMS (Oracle) Good programming skills(preferably Java/J2EE) oGood communication skills, analytical skills, business analysis and customer relationship management oOracle IDM certification oCISSP/CISM certifications Experience in managing medium to large teams Have experience of architecting and designing end-to-end solution or Oracle Identity Manager/Access Manager/Federation Have strong understanding of RBAC (Role Based Access Control), Role Analysis Secondary Skills: Other IDM tools viz.
IBM/ CA, Unix, Secondary Skills description: Experience in writing and executing UNIX shell scripts Skilled in working with virtual teams across cultures and organisational disciplines; Good written and oral communication; fluent in English (written/verbal) additional language(s) are an advantage; Key Responsibilities: Responsible for leading and creating Identity & Access Management (IAM) technical delivery of IAM components (eg IAM Connectors) Components include solutions for authentication, authorization, identity provisioning, role based access control, physical security, and audit and monitoring solutions Responsible for ensuring appropriate collection and analysis of technical functional requirements based on critical client IAM use cases and expectations.
