We have huge requirement of callers in tech support
Inbound voice process
Post- Tech Support executive
Shift- Morning/ Night
Working- 6 days/ one rotational off
Criteria:-
• Must have dialed in International Outbound or Inbound Tech process for more than 6 months
• Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to computers and laptops router printers and close calls and take payments from the customers
• Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers
Benefits:-
• Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account +Huge Incentives
• 24 leaves in a year +comp offs + bday leaves Daily/Monthly Incentives
• Spot Incentives+ weekly incentives + Monthly incentives.
Note- Freshers do not apply
Only Candidates experienced in Tech Support Are eligible
