Special Note: Job Application will be considered ONLY if applied through the below Link:https://rdpin/jobs/detail/junior-rma-repair-engineer-241 Top 10 Responsibilities: 1 You need to coordinate with a senior RMA engineer for device (Laptop, Desktop, AIO PC, Servers & Workstations) availability in the RMA center which needs to be repaired and assist him in maintaining the record 2 Once the device is assigned in your name then you need to Understand the nature of the case by going through the ticket history forwarded by the inside support team.

3 You need to run a few basic software tests to identify if there is any software issue and resolve it 4 If the problem still persists then you have to check hardware connectivities to ensure all the components are connected and functioning well 5.

Check for the warranty of the faulty component and call the customer if the warranty is over for renewal 6 Coordinate with the SCM team for availability of the component and update the same in the Ticketing system 7 Replace the faulty component with a new one and send the faulty component to the SCM team.

8 Update the ticket on a regular basis in Odoo CRM and inform the customer as well 9 Test the functionality of the device once all the repair and maintenance is done 10.
