Key Account Manager E CommerceStrategic Responsibilities Outline the strategic roadmap to achieve the Channel vision for E Commerce business in India Lead the capability building & expansion inE Commerce Team to operate the roadmap Liaison with the Regional E-Commerce teams to replicate relevant best practices in India Identify, prioritize & explore new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking Managerial Responsibilities: Work with the Regional E-Commerce lead to create Joint Business Plans across key customers and own the planning and execution to deliver revenue budgets Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact for all Customers Lead trading terms / commercial negotiations / Joint Business Plans with Customers Identify key channels / customers / opportunities to leverage & drive online business in India Build best-in-class presence of Company on E-Commerce Build superior shopper experiences on online channels including site navigation, content development, promotional campaigns, and healthy listings across key E-Commerce platforms Build, execute & track business plans with current & new Customers, in line with Quarterly & Annual calendars Work with customers to identify inorganic traffic & conversion drivers like coupons, virtual bundles, bank cashbacks, influencer campaigns, push notifications, deals, email campaigns, social media campaignsCross-functional Responsibilities: Be actively involved in the Demand Forecasting process to ensure optimum in-stock levels across customers Coordination with the marketing team (both internal as well as external) for timely placement & promotion across the marketplaces & closely monitoring the performance Work closely with In-stock managers to plan product launches, dealsto ensure there are no stock-outs Recommend products to be promoted on sponsored searches basis inventory health, past ROS and GV/PPV trends Work with Finance & Trade Marketing to ensure sanctity in trade promotions and A&P budget management, accounts receivables, reconciliations.
Drive leading metrics like In-Stock%, Fill Rates, Lead times and DOH which impacts Business Health Explore, evaluate, and implement fulfilment strategies like vendor flex, direct fulfilment, cross dock, drop shipping, marketplace resellerswith a goal to minimize costs and drive profitability CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Management experience at a Senior Level, relevant University Degree or
- Equivalent relevant business experience
- Minimum 6-7 years in Consumer/E-commerce/Online Sales
- Multi-SKU /multi brand sales experience in local market
