Job Description:
Handling Internal and External calls
Answering all incoming calls / emails and re-routing them to relevant parties and maintain proper Call logs
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Bill processing and courier management
Maintaining important documents, records
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Monitoring stationary stock and reordering when required
Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
Assisting other departments as and when required
Keep check on Vendor like (Housekeeping, Electrician and Stationary Personnel)
Co-ordinate with HR and Scheduling interviews
Maintain visitors register
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Be responsible for handling the operation of the front office
Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department
Proficiency in MS Office
